Since we've moved in, we have gutted and completed 3 of the 6 bathrooms, a whole new kitchen, changed flooring, gutted and repainted much of our main floor and some of our second floor, and finished the whole basement.

It gives us the best use of the square footage and it permitted us to initially build the main floor and finish the walk - out basement after retirement.»
