first came across the
recipe that I used as a basis for my
recipe on the King Arthur
Flour site, their
Almond Bonbon
recipe.
I was

almond flour by Michel Richard in his book Sweet Magic: Easy
Recipes for Delectable Desserts.
We find that
almond flour works just as well, so that's our

Grind the oats in the blender really fine into a
flour first, measure to the same ratio as
almond flour in the
recipe, then add the other ingredients.
Rather than adapting the
recipes and experimenting, I would recommend using the ones from the earlier years on this site (my use of grapeseed oil was more frequent then), or check out my

I've made every type of paleo pancake
