After an hour of waiting anxiously to savor my creation, I scooped up the bubbly goodness into a bowl and upon tasting the first bite with its brown crispy crust and tangy creamy cheese, was transported back to a time of comfort and bliss, when I didn't have a care in the world, a simpler time and place that seemed long gone from today in my stressful, fast - paced city life.

But of course, the SECOND time I made it (which was embarrassingly not too very long after the first time I made it) I decided to add a little bit more cheese.

The first time I made these, the egg flavour was a bit too prominent for my tastes so I changed the amount of cream cheese from 2 to 3 oz.

Into a blender I put 4 extra large eggs, 8 oz of cut up cream cheese chunks, and a scant 1/4 cup gluten free biscuit mix (my personal favorite is made my a Denver gluten - free bakery and the first ingredient is rice flour... so there is a bit of carbs), and that's it.

I struggled a bit at first with the earning of the carbs but now its just a genuine habit — I don't eat starchy carbs unless I have exercised I eat bolognasie or chilli etc without pasta or rice on those days and cheese it up — its delicious.

- If you want to make a pretty design on the top of your baked oatmeal, set the cinnamon topping and cream cheese icing in the refrigerator while the oatmeal bakes so it has a chance to thicken up a bit first.

Cormier gave his readers a similar experience in his celebrated second novel, I Am the Cheese, which in its thematic weight and roots in deterministic philosophy is every bit the equal of the first.

The resort is smallish 4 story 4 blocks enclosing the pool area with palms and large gum trees a bar and casual dining was buy the pool with tasty morsels of well priced snacks and lunch menu and very alert to remove the items when you where finish eating ether by the pool or by tables near the bar the breakfast buffet was at first glance a bit simple but as you looked closer they had extra bits like smoked salmon cheese board mixed nuts and roasted coconuts for your cereal eggs to order or from the buffet and of course the usual cooked breakfast stuff for the price of $ 31.50 kids half price the restaurant had excellent dinner I can highly recommended the whole barramundi you can take food to your room but you must put the empty plates outside your door as your apartment is not owned buy the hotel you can order food in the lobby.
