Once you have it spooned on top of
the first chocolate layer, just flatten it out a little and leave some room on the sides for the chocolate to fill in with the top layer.
Mix in the crushed cookies crumbs and pour mixture on top of
the first chocolate layer.
Sprinkle chopped pretzels evenly over chocolate and pour most of the remaining melted chocolate on top, using offset spatula to gently spread out over
first chocolate layer and cover pretzels.

you will want them ready to go — i found that this
layer cooled faster than the
first and you will really want the topping to stick while the
chocolate is warm.
If you do this, you'll need to spread a little
chocolate on top of the cookie
layer first to give the marshmallows something to adhere to.

chocolate is dusted as the sixth.
