It's nearly that time of year again, and while Pumpkin Spice Latte's are already gracing the hands of millions as they rush in to savor
the first flavors of Fall, the actual season still doesn't technically start for another few weeks.

fall will drive many
of us to our pantries in search
of flavors that evoke comfort and warmth.
I
first tried it at a restaurant in Jamaica Plain (a neighborhood
of Boston) and
fell in love with the
flavors.
The
first location opened in Omaha's Dundee neighborhood in 2008 and locals soon
fell in love with the interesting
flavors of Amsterdam Falafel & Kabob.
This was my
first fall flavor of the year, and I think it might have just became a new staple in our family kitchen.

Even though the official
first day
of fall isn't until Tuesday, I am ready for
fall flavors and foods.
