I've always maintained my stance that Arsene Wenger loves French players
in his
team than any other players. No matter how average you are once you're French and once you're
in the
first team he tends to give you so many chances to prove yourself.I can start mentioning them if you want me to but I know you know them.If Lucas Perez was French he wouldn't have been out so early believe me.I just don't know where to begin. Was Giroud bought to become a super sub or to be the leading striker?Having giving us many sesons of failure
people are now content with him being a so called super sub.A player like Giroud is not built for that kind of role.He ws a super sub
in 99 % of those matches because he was not played when he was supposed to and we needed presence
in the air.The funny thing is
people are using only this season to label him as a super sub. There were so many matched that Wenger should have started Giroud but for some reason didn't start him.I only see Arsenal as the top club who'd be crying over Giroud. If a good offer comes we should sell.

Today we saw our attacking force without alexis... and it is a shame... for all of those talking nonsense about alexis being to selfish qnd that affecting our «fluency»... lacazzete is a cf so he needs

I have to laugh sometimes when reading
people say get rid of these players, mostly all the one's not
in the
first team.
but more importantly it should tell you that wenger no longer has a grasp on the strengths and weaknesses of his
team, or, indeed, what kind of football he is trying to play... heard a lot of
people waffling on about the end of tika tak... we never got there because too many
first team players lack the skills to do that kind of football... ramsey walcott giroud merteshaker coquelin are not that kind of player... nor do we rapidly convert defence
in to attack as we used to or press
teams in their own half..
Joel Campbell is good but arsenal fans never cease to amaze me.They never make up their mind they wait for the player to have a dip
in form and then insult and criticize him and say childish things. Then when he does well they pretend like they were always
in support of him.I remember always saying here
first that Szczesny is a better goalkeeper than Ospina.I also proudly defended Szczesny everytime they aimed at him.How i wish he started at Chelsea or any other
team and i bet you he would not be this error prone.I know forever he will always be better than Ospina and that is a fact not even an opinion. For Campbell vs Ox its there for everyone to see Ox would eventually win the battle come one day.But injuries have made him so unlucky. He should go to Chelsea where he would be better taken care of and would make
people eat their words.
I don't really blame any of those players at all,
first mistake from Wenger was his
team selection and secondly wrong players
in a wrong position,, its quite sad with all their mouths and boasting of starting the season strongly and aiming for the league just a waste of energy and wishful thinking, am putting the whole blame on Wenger, where is Belerin, why Ozil, Cazorla played out of positions, you should know their weaknesses and strength as a coach, why must we pass and pass to score a goal, many opportunities came from shooting distance but the players will always be looking for the next
person to pass the ball to, its quite unfortunate that a big club like arsenal is relying on a scrappy Giroud to lead an attack of a
team aiming to win the league.
He's a bit overrated I must say.I also don't get those who are asking him to tackle well. The fact is he's not a good tackler.I fear Wenger has made him untouchable
in our
team such that even if he plays badly he still starts.I mean if
people are saying he's not a DM
in the
first place then is he also a CM?If he's a CM does he have the quality to play along side a DM?These are the questions we need to ask ourselves. If he's a CM then he's good at distributing from deep and also up top but he can't hold thd ball
in tight spaces or dribble which is very important. If he's a DM then he simply can't defend. That's why for us to be successful
in the long term with him we need a hybrid midfielder or what I call a defensive box to box midfielder.
I'm so sick of
people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves
in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club
in England, Spain, France and Germany
in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any
team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those
in charge put soccer
first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
In terms of GK we are selling Ospina, Sczcenzy is gone,
people may say Martinez but I look at is he has been with us a while and hasn't really broken into the

The kind of individual and
team success that followed him through Philadelphia is why
people care about prospects

Arsenal is not a serious
team at all as we hold on to too many average players and treat them like the best that's ever happened to us.Wenger clearly doesn't have the grit to make certain decisions regarding players.I just hope Lacazette is given the centre stage like Welbeck and Giroud who have failed greatly.I really feel for Giroud because he's criticized heavily yet
people forget it's the coach who bought him and decided to use him this way
in the
first place despite him never being good enough.
am tired of wenger.the man has got good skills, but somehow he fails to address basic issues
in the
team like buying a striker and a cdm
in the last summer.at one time, arsenal had good squad but had a keeper who at times committed mistakes i.e almunia.then after ozil came and arsenal were
first in december, all wenger had to do was buy a pacy striker with eye for goal.but wenger did nt so obviously and instead bought an injured kallstrom.agreed
ppl fans will keep saying managers shud hav played this guy or that one and so.but
in case of wenger, its abt ignoring
team issues t (to prove a point he can win without listening to critics and the fans which he never will), and then playing players out of form, out of position, and buying players that do nt fit ur style like giroud!!
I still don't understand
people's obsession with boxing players
in to a specific role... The whole «true DM» is a dying breed, even Coquelin is arguably something else considering the advanced positions he takes up often
in front of Santi and takes major risks
in winning the ball back for us... IMO, the reason Coquelin has had such a successful integration into the
first team is that he focussed incredibly hard on the basics of his role
first and foremost before adding other elements to his game (long - balls, driving runs into space, more aggressive ball movement
in general) it's not rocket science to tell a player to curb the attacking side of their game and focus primarily on defence before attack... Nor is it that hard to see that playing
in a midfield pairing with either Ramsey or Cazorla is going to be different as well.
Yawn... If he is going to be our midfield general this season we can already kiss the title chase good bye... Funny how
people on this site dismiss mharez as a one season wonder but laud this guy as the future based on a decent 6 months out of 60
in the
first team... Any halfway decent manager would have found a quality replacement for carzola by now as it's clear his time is more or less up and invested big...
