At this event in Berlin, the Daimler Art Collection (which concentrates on abstract avant - garde movements and reduced conceptual tendencies from Bauhaus to current contemporary art) presents mainly new acquisitions in the field of international contemporary art for the first time.The presentation of our Ampersand exhibition includes site - specific installations and video art as well as paintings, drawings and photography.

Terre Thaemlitz: Interstices is new a presentation of video and text components from Thaemlitz's multi-media work INTERSTICES (2000 — 2003) across the Auto Italia project space, including the full electroacoustic audio video installation work exhibited for the first time in the UK.

This exhibition is the first solo museum presentation of works by British - Nigerian video artist and filmmaker Zina Saro - Wiwa, featuring video installations, photographs, and a sound installation produced in the Niger Delta region of southeastern Nigeria from 2013 to 2015.

Future programs include a major presentation of works by Toronto native Megan Rooney; the first showing in Canada of Chantal Akerman's immersive video installation NOW; an exhibition with Basma Al Sharif in collaboration with Consortium Commissions initiated by Mophradat, an international non-profit association supporting artists from the Arab world; and an exhibition formed in dialogue with Shumon Basar, Douglas Coupland and Hans Ulrich Obrist.
