I dehydrate a bag of skinless
fish fillets at least once a month but on my budget I can't afford
whole fish so dehydrating the skin is not an option.
If you plan to only eat the
fillets from the
whole fish, and discard the head, tail and bones, you're probably better off just buying the
fillets.
