Wenger has mostly used the second string
squad at the start of any season to great effect, most teams aren't at full strength or match
fit and he
plays that Wengerball numbers game, throwing in
squad players who are
fit and raring to go whilst the first team get ready, we'll win 2 of our 3 opening games and he'd rather that than splash 100m on 3 players and get the same amount of points.
We should be in for the likes of Griezmann AND every other world class player that
fits our method of
playing, Ive said it time and time again our
squad is only half world class the rest are mediocre at best (yes I know Ill get thumbed down ect by all the AKB's on site) but the results over the last ten years are proof alone that we are NOT good enough to compete with the other Elite teams.

fit.

It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced at Arsenal without looking at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that
fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National
squad... unfortunately he ended up on a
squad that has a striker who
plays with his back to goal, very few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil
playing with the likes of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even more difficult to stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German team versus his time at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is in charge of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
Let's hope the Arsenal centre back isn't too badly injured and that he's
fit and ready to
play in the New Year, when the title fight will become more intense and we need to be confident for our assault on the Champions League, but we have a deep and talented
squad and should really be able to live without just one player shouldn't we?
You cant escape he fact that Podolski was
played rarely and when he was he was
played out of position much the same way that Wenger has assembled a
squad of players most of which are a talented bunch, but, Wenger has failed to build a team who
fit n with each other, we have a midfield that overtly populated with players who al excel in the same role BUT have no solid defensive midfield talent and no options in defence when players have crap periods or are long term injury problems.
If we were about to
play one of the big teams tomorrow with a fully

Nwakali is a forward or wing player, nothing like kante and Ramsey is a
squad player for me not first team quality, if Carzola is
fit, him and xhaka would be a mouth watering
fit but with Arsenals Injurie luck this seems inlikely but i wounder if the five at the back would work if we
play a stubborn team that defends, i hope Arsene would change the formation in such games back to 4 -2-3-1 but this would require a proper rght wing which we havent had in years, we've had OX, Campell, Wallcot, Iwobi, Ramsey, Welbeck and Ozil
play in that position and non of them have made it their own like sanchez has with the left wing

am tired of wenger.the man has got good skills, but somehow he fails to address basic issues in the team like buying a striker and a cdm in the last summer.at one time, arsenal had good
squad but had a keeper who at times committed mistakes i.e almunia.then after ozil came and arsenal were first in december, all wenger had to do was buy a pacy striker with eye for goal.but wenger did nt so obviously and instead bought an injured kallstrom.agreed ppl fans will keep saying managers shud hav
played this guy or that one and so.but in case of wenger, its abt ignoring team issues t (to prove a point he can win without listening to critics and the fans which he never will), and then
playing players out of form, out of position, and buying players that do nt
fit ur style like giroud!!

They won't
fit in this formation as both are a waste wide, and we know Wenger will

squad which is also deeper If this is true we are fighting Manure / Spuds and Everton for 4 th

play their best players if they are available not worrying if they have a game soon afterwards they already don, t have enough time with their players so have to make most of it, i believe wenger is managing giroud, getting him
fit, fresh in view of a long season and is doing it while he has most of the
squad fit im sure we will reap the rewards with giroud not having a spell of 10 games without scoring.

But when people are saying we should sign X-player who contributed well last season while
playing every single game for «depth» sure, on paper it looks great, but a lot of players hit patches of form that may not necessarily be given that opportunity here, as there may be someone else in the
squad who hits the ground running and contributes straight away... If Coquelin, Arteta, Flamini, Wilshere, Ramsey, AOC, Ozil, Cazorla, Rosicky are all
fit and firing, I think you're sorely mistaken if you think anything but a truly world - class midfielder would be looking at those names and not potentially evaluating their first - team opportunities.

Walcott gives us something different, when
fit the guy gets at least 12 goals and 10 assists a season from the wing, he might not be flashy like The Ox or Sanchez but he gives us something different, we should have as many different kinds of players in the

playing style, The Ox is so inconsistent, he will have 1 good games and will have 4 average ones after.
i think we will make fourth spot this season if we get to keep Sanchez that is if Sanchez starts to
play like he did yesterday, i think because lack of
squad depth the likes of Spuds, Liverpool and possibly Chelsea will start to drop points in Feb by losing first team players to injury after busy Christmas scheduled and busy CL scheduled, we on the other hand should be topping the group on Thursday night football
playing with mixture of youth and bench players hopefully leaving our first team rested and
fit, February we have three big games Everton home, Spuds away and City home, hopefully we do well
