a fitted blazer like this, I would think it would look best either a) open and unbuttoned, b) all 3 buttons buttoned, or c) just the middle button buttoned.

Basically, everyone needs a neutral
fitted turtleneck in their wardrobe because it easily lends itself to layering under
blazers (
like this gorgeous one, or the one I wore in this post), putting a vest on top, adding your favorite necklace, or with a pretty skirt for a special night out.
