Additionally, an update was release for the game, adding 60 fps to Battle Mode, the ability to select AI difficulty and change the camera in Story mode, and some small fixes and improvements to the game.

All this is a non-issue in battle mode, however, as the camera is fixed in the series» usual top - down style.

The camera has been overhauled, replacing the awkward fixed camera with the roaming view and an over-the-shoulder aiming mode of later MGS games.
