This is a nice

Water kefir, also called sugar kefir, is a sweet acidulated
drink, a little
fizzy, made by
fermenting sugars with kefir grains.
Once
fermented, the sugary tea transforms into a carbonated,
fizzy drink, high in enzymes, probiotics, advantageous acids, small amounts of alcohol, and vinegar.
