almond flour by grinding whole or slivered or
flaked or blanched
almonds in a coffee grinder.
My quick go to is to put nuts seeds and coconut
flakes in my bowl with some cinnamon and liquid
stevia if I feel like it, stir in a little coconut oil and add cold cream or
almond milk.
