Fifth color: This is a pink that had a slightly
flakey texture.
It is very attractive because it acts as a «stealth fibre;» having a smooth texture unlike the dry,
flakey texture usually associated with most other fibre sources.
The dough also had a nice,
flakey texture.

I pulled mine out of the oven just a few hours ago, and already my boyfriend and I have managed to eat a half loaf of the moist,
flakey, almost croissant - like
textured bread.
