I served marinated
flank steak and some miso glazed salmon, but otherwise the vegetarians held sway
at the buffet table.
We also had a
flank steak with pebre, but there were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.I left the dessert to my daughter because she is so much better
at it than I am.
