For the
flank steak: Mix together fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, shallots, chilies, mint, honey, and sesame oil
in a small bowl.
In this post, I used the cocoa spice rub on a gorgeous
flank steak, but it would be awesome on any type of
steak that is getting a hot and fast sear (think rib - eye, sirloin, skirt
steak).

I knew that meal - making was up for grabs so I focused on that, and
in less than 20 minutes I had boiled some noodles, made a salad, whisked together two quick sauces, and sent Rob outside to grill a
