If you've read my Sassy's flapjack review, you'll know I felt a bit mis - sold on
the flapjack texture as it was not as crunchy as I was expecting.

Is this just as it is the sugar and syrup in
flapjacks that give them the
texture?
These bars are totally delicious, they've got a lovely
texture from the cashew butter like a cross between a granola bar /
flapjack and lots of good flavours coming through.
I wouldn't particularly describe the bar as a
flapjack as it doesn't have the
texture that your usual
flapjack consists of but other than this I have found my new favourite cacao bar.
As one would expect, these
flapjacks boast a
texture unlike flour - laden ones.
