Another fall denim trend that feels like a blast from the past is flared bottoms.

I don't know how long the trend of flared pants is going to last (fingers crossed it will be on the aw16 runways this month) but I am determined to collect as many styles as possible from the denim flares to the wool versions by Ellery and countless others out there.

Today I am wearing mine, that was custom - made in India, with a tank top and a pair of ruffled flared jeans, inadvertently rocking another denim trend.

My style is classic with a twist (as you can see, I have on a black sweater, flared denim and embroidered booties), so I don't want a ton of crazy things, but if I want to play around with trends, I need to add in a few of these pieces to be able to do so at the drop of a dime.

So, when I spotted these embellished denim flares for spring, I thought they were the perfect pair of jeans for me to rock the embellished denim trend this season.
