Remove the o - ring with a metal probe or
flat blade screwdriver.
Uncouple the PDB from the lower half by releasing the four (4) lock tabs with
a flat blade screwdriver.

That seems obvious, yet there are many learning experiences where a diamond - point
screwdriver is used to tighten connections with a screw that needs a
flat blade.
If you have any noticeable areas of bleed / product seep you can try to clean it up a bit — the end of a pencil (eraser) works good, as do mini
flat screwdrivers,
flat toothpicks etc — If I am applying thick products onto mirror / glass I typically let the design dry, then clean messy parts using a single razor
blade.
If I wanted heavier chipping / pitting I would first scrape at my finish with something sharper like a
flat blade, or
screwdriver, then I'd finish it off by sanding.
