flat mixing paddle and a whisk.
So... I
just used it like a spread and had it on
flat bread.
You could leave the ingredients as they are and you'll
just get a
flatter bread, otherwise, I would double the ingredients.
For this recipe I like to keep the crust a bit thicker, more like an American style pizza and less crunchy
flat bread, so it
just makes one pizza.
But I might
just use kefir again:) It is a rather

The second time I wanted «the real
bread» taste and no spices (I want to put some sweet spread on it:) so I used acorn flour instead of the buckwheat and only salt and sugar and it ended up
just delicious better that any store bought
flat bread, even my picky Italian boyfriend liked it;).

just a few years ago, until I found about Mexican Tacos, these were, Indian Version, called Punjabi Cauliflower (Gobi) Sabji (side dish) and Roti (Wheat
flat breads) with side of sliced onion and yogurt, that's it!
I have been using zucchini to make
flat breads with tapioca flour and
just a little coconut flour, so this will be interesting.
Some day they might have a sandwich or a panini or a pita pocket or
flat bread with tomato, cheese, veggies and meat in it — same ingredients as pizza,

just because I was lazy — I left those out and realized it didn't make the
bread any less fluffy than with it (then later I tried it with non dairy milk — can't remember exactly which type — and they were pretty
flat without the baking soda / powder).
For many people, Indian food
just isn't right without the culture's traditional
