I retested this recipe using the Let's Do Organic brand of coconut flour and it did not work at all — I too had big
flat cookies as a result.
Leaving it too long will result in a more
flat cookies as shown above.

Stunned
as I was, in spite of their «ugly» and
flat appearance, these
cookies were high on the crunch factor and really high on flavor.
Of course, if you like your
