Flat latex paint on wall, cardboard, paper, washi paper, acrylic, and gouache Dimensions variable.
Say WHAT???? I had been wondering about how
well flat latex paint would work on my project... or if I needed to learn more about the «chalk paint» everyone is talking about.
I ended up using a quart of
white flat latex paint ($ 13 a Lowes) and a quart size container of BB Frosch powder ($ 10) on this project.
BB Frosch is a company that has developed a wonderful powder that you add to ANY BRAND, ANY
COLOR Flat Latex paint to create chalk paint.
She created a weathered, rustic Railroad Sign using homemade chalk paint made
with flat latex paint and Plaster of Paris.
Anyway, reading comments and I get to someone named «jo ann» asking you about
your flat latex paint experience.
I decided to paint with
flat latex paint, instead of acrylics since it's a huge canvas... it's almost as big as our dining room table!
