I took a leap of faith and chose Rebel (
in flat sheen) by KILZ ® Complete Coat ™ Paint.
Working with encaustic on panel, Johnson creates seamless color forms
whose flat sheen gives little clue to her technical process.
One benefit that high - sheen colors possess
over flat sheens is depth of color.
I'll use chalk paint a lot of the time, which has a really matte, chalky finish, but any paint in
a flat sheen will work as well.
