This past fall / winter, I've been wearing, fairly regularly, the cardigan with the crystal buttons and it pairs wonderfully with a matching red tee from Lafayette 148 with pants for a comfortable and
flattering work outfit.

For family photos, I always say start with something that YOU feel most comfortable in and that you like and

I've found myself suffering through snow in ballet
flats and heels too many times because I couldn't find anything else that
worked with my
outfit.
These J Crew Factory
flats are some of my favorite for
work because they instantly pull any
outfit together — and I don't even have to wear a heel;]!
I didn't own a pair of tights or legging that would
work to wear this
outfit with heels or
flats.
For this
