When you eat a varied diet —
chicken and broccoli one night, a loaded,
baked sweet potato the next, and yummy beef stew after that — you'll get a variety

I did the initial searing
of the
chicken thighs before transferring them to the oven for
baking and my better half completed the sticky sauce which is the primary attraction
of this dish and lift it up to a complete new level
of flavor and deliciousness.

baked chicken or steak on the grill, this would definitely kick up your meal.
I made a few modifications, including using 1 teaspoon
of maple syrup instead
of honey (I prefer the
flavor), using a flax egg instead
of a
chicken egg to reduce calories, a pinch
of baking powder to help it rise and some leftover fresh pumpkin puree for extra sweetness.
