the flavor out of the pepper quickly.

pepper can also bring
out and enhance the
flavor of a dish without adding too much heat to it.
To round
out the rest
of the
flavor, we're adding in some tahini for a little nuttiness, fresh garlic, smoked paprika, nutmeg, salt and

Briefly popping the
peppers under the broiler mellows them
out a bit, so you get a little heat, tons
of flavor.
