All the smoky
flavor would probably just run right out of it.
The flavor would probably already be mixed into the liquid from cooking for so long.

I halve the ingredients as I only cook for two and even though I usually lack one or two of the veggies (I
've replaced chickpeas with lentils before and
have completely left out spinach and / or aubergine once or twice as well) the
flavor is always spot on and not too spicy for me (
probably because I use almost the full amount of sweet potatoes....
[I'm not even really sure why I cared about something being low - calorie or low - fat, but it
probably had something to do with the media:)-RSB- It never occurred to me that most of the time the reason certain foods are able to be «low - calorie» or «low - fat» is because companies remove certain parts of whole foods and then use chemicals and additives to recreate the
flavor and texture of those whole foods, but just without the calorie or fat.
(Though I
've not tried it yet with rum
flavoring, and
probably will next as an experiment.)
Probably don't add as much as your husband
would enjoy, but they do add a nice
flavor and yes, make the eggs pretty.
For examples, you run out of rice flour, you can substitute the same amount of sorghum or quinoa flour and you'll get a similar resulting baked good (though

has it's own

'd end up with what is
probably our favorite smoothie «base» recipe, with bananas, almond butter, and nut milk comprising the bulk of the smoothie.
This homemade version uses spices you

have in your spice rack and can be used to add great
flavor to any baked treat.
Its
flavor was nicely bacony, boozy and «bloody», but I
'd probably get a good strong ale next time.

These things
have so much
flavor, you don't even need to mound anything on them... and they are so very moreish, you'll

As a side note, you
probably wouldn't taste the pecans through all of the chocolate
flavor, but better safe than sorry!

would serve this with coffee at breakfast or brunch

flavors, the Original with Flax is

The results were okay... the almond
