I'm using Dunkin' Donuts Original Blend but hazelnut or any other
flavor would work well, too.

flavor would work well too.
They produce a fragrant and flavorful oil which I love using in recipes for extra depth and color and where a hint of buttery
flavor would work.

any flavor would work (We used a red wine and cheese variety from Trader Joes here.)

have used macadamia nuts and they
work really well, but you really need to like the taste of macadamia nuts because the taste as strong whereas with the cashews, it's a more neutral

would try a seed flour (sunflower, pumpkin, or even sesame) as they
would work for a 1:1 sub, but might change the
flavor a bit.
I do use chickpea flour sometimes for veggie burgers and falafel, and it
works very nicely and even adds some
flavor, so I can definitely see how it

No it does not
have a coffee
flavor and I think it really
works with chocolate, but yes, you can use hot water too.
