yogurt again, I'd probably use the half -
cup heavy cream for texture and richness of
flavor; I believe Clark that it adds a lot.
If you are consuming a
flavored yogurt, chances are you are getting an average of at least 10 grams of sugar in that one
cup of
yogurt, and some
yogurts can pack in over 20 grams of sugar!
Additionally, it's healthier to add fresh fruits to a
cup of
yogurt instead of buying
flavored yogurt.
