But one of the best things about baking with whole grain
flour is that the
flour itself is
flavorful, and therefore I have concluded that these TASTE even better
than the original.
It's far more absorbent and malleable
than whole wheat, and you can actually use a greater percentage of spelt
flour to white in yeast bread, for a more healthy,
flavorful loaf.
