It features the deep, rich

the flavors of the adobo sauce and chipotle peppers.
Frying the tofu affects the texture by drying it out inside and crisping it on the outside, so that it can soak up all of
the flavor of the adobo sauce and still hold a chewy texture after doing so.

adobo sauce give the cheesy sauce such a
flavor packed smoky - spicy taste that you just can't get enough
of!

adobo seasoning and plenty

flavor and slight kick to it from a bit

I love the smoky / spicy

If you're not into smoky
flavor, I would recommend decreasing the amount
of adobo sauce.
