I made no adjustments this first

flavors were more balanced after the dish sat in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
The second
time around I didn't have the dry milk, so substituted buttermilk for 1 cup of the water, thinking it might enhance the sour
flavor.

time with no big late night meals.
