flavoured milks as just one example.

flavour & took only an extra minute
as I used the same blender, added a couple of drops of the almond
milk I'd just made, a chopped frozen banana & some cinammon too!
You could try using cashew
milk instead however it's not
as thick so it may change the consistency and
flavour.

as lots of others are full of chemicals or far from natural
flavourings!
I wasn't a big fan of dairy drinks
as a child, but did enjoy the occasional

flavour wasn't too strong for me when combined with plenty of garlic, earthy leeks and spinach
