a flax bread recipe with coconut oil before, but it had a really strong flavor (even though Im used to cook with it); the texture was just fine, but just because of that I will try now to prepare it again with olive oil.
Lately I've been having
this flax bread toasted with a little Kerrygold butter.
I finally got into socca this year, and I bet this cooked chickpea and

flax meal, subbed avocado oil for coconut oil, and added 1.5 T caraway seeds to give it a bit of a «rye
bread taste».

flax — I've made her
bread a number of times and just left it out with no problems!

Flax seed puree can be substituted in baking recipes where a light binding property is needed, such as muffins, cookies, bars, crusts, some dense cakes and enriched
breads.
I added some ground
flax seeds and toasted millet (which I bought specifically to make your crackly banana
bread recipe) and skipped the coconut because my husband is ridiculous.
(I also used veg stock, and
flax seed meal instead of
bread crumbs.)
If you add other grains, such as millet,
flax, or even grind beans, the
bread will be a power packed slice that is just like swallowing a vitamin pill... all nutrients listed on the back of a vitamin bottle is in the kernels and you can consume those nutrients in a manner your body was designed to digest and use fully.
