flax seed made me sick.
The combination of peanut butter and banana is a well - documented winner, and adding in cucumbers, kale, and
flax seed makes it nutritionally sound.
I bet the addition of nutmeg, sunflower, and
flax seeds makes this granola especially good and flavorful.
The flax seed made the whole mixture slimy and slippery, which was perfect to make the pit slide out.

The best version of this involves grinding your own
flax seeds in a very clean coffee grinder (grind something else in between the coffee and the
flax seeds and discard to ensure that all coffee residue is eliminated), but you can also buy pre-ground
flax seeds — just
make sure they're fresh.

This method won't work when a smooth, creamy texture or a uniform light color is desired; the
