And for smoothies yes thats all I have for breakfast, I make big ones though, normally with two bananas as the base and then lots of other fruit, some spinach or kale, dates and then a
mixture of some nuts / seeds / super-foods, either chia seeds, ground
flaxseeds, hemp protein, spirulina, maca, oats, almond butter etc..
I imagine that a couple small eggs would replace the
flaxseed gel, however you may still need the buckwheat flour to help bind the
mixture and absorb some of the
mixture.
If aquafaba isn't your thing, you could use the «flax egg»
mixture I use in my Cashew Butter Snickerdoodles, but know that there will be a difference in flavor from the
