energy companies that submitted the Canadian project for regulatory approval three years ago weighs it's options in a
global energy market now
flooded with cheap oil and gas, and further considers the 190 conditions attached to Ottawa's approval, including a cap on annual green house gas emissions, it may be some time before this project crosses the finish line.

global warming at the beginning of the noughties rapidly engaged prosperous early adopters, who have in turn initiated a
flood of mainstream
market acceptance in the past decade as drought and the growing
energy crisis have begun to hit home — and the bottom line.
