Ground Floor Space on Albert Street (formerly SP Home Depot) sits at the Entrance of Belize City's High Pedestrian and Vehicular Commercial Zone and is one of the most Visible Spots in the entire City — right off famous Swing Bridge.

This is a ground floor unit located just off the big greenbelt, close to the main pool area, beach and one of the smaller pools.

Since we are up off the ground we are one of very few first floor condos with central AC, we were able to put our hot water heater under the lanai to gain more interior space and we removed an unnecessary wall to open it all up to create a larger, more contemporary living area.

Finish off your day with a visit to the boutique shop in the hotel gardens, take a shot in the casino on the ground floor, have a dancing session in the disco (closed on Sundays), or enjoy a guided tour of the Astrophysical Observatory at the hotel (organised twice a week).

Some visitors prefer to be on the ground floor with a grass area just off of the lanai while other visitors prefer the second or third floor.
