The original Child Safe Products Act passed overwhelmingly in the Assembly earlier this year, and the Senate has been
under intense pressure to follow suit — especially since it long had more than enough sponsors (42) to secure its passage it had been allowed to the
floor, where 32 votes are necessary to approve legislation.
