pillows that were on my front porch last year, and that cute
floral pillow from my daughter's room (which has a complete makeover in the works!).
So if your family room is modern with monochromatic neutral fabrics,
add some large
floral - patterned
pillows.

That's one of the biggest pieces of advice I give my design clients — if you are on a budget, choose neutrals for the big ticket items like furniture and flooring... and then, when you get the itch to switch, you can do so without breaking the bank by
adding a couple seasonal throw
pillows, a few pops of color via
florals, or maybe an inexpensive blanket or DIY project.
