Wrap your garland around the wreath form, securing it on the back with
floral wire as you go.

Using
floral wire, twist tie baby decorations, such
as rattles, binkies, burp cloths, washcloths, baby socks and other necessities.
What you'll need: hard boiled egg, leaf or flowering branch such
as baby's breath or wax flower (I used boxwood),

as rosemary, thyme, lemon balm or oregano), tray and watering can.
Attach the garland to the tree using
floral wire, so it doesn't shift
as you decorate.
