Make the cashew cream:
In a medium bowl toss together the
florets, garlic, and olive oil,
making sure they are evenly coated.
You
make it by blitzing cauliflower
florets in a food processor or blender (or grating them on a box grater), until you've got tiny rice - size pieces.
