flour at a local grocery store that has a very up - to - date Health Market located inside.

Many different brands sell a version of this and it's carried
at all my
local grocery stores, but if you have trouble finding it you can definitely substitute regular whole wheat or all - purpose white
flour.
I find my coconut
flour at almost all the
local grocery stores near me, you should be able to find it too.
