I think if I were to do these again (and I likely will), I would reduce the
flour by about 1/8 -1 / 4 cup to give them a
bit more moisture, however these certainly were a winner in my household.
1) Put
flour, salt, sugar and melted butter in a mixing bowl 2) Pour in warm water
bit by bit, and knead dough until it achieves a homogenous, smooth and soft texture 3) Roll the dough into a small ball and place it in a bowl, covering it with transparent film, and allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes 4) Chop onions and garlic finely, and saute onions in a pan until onions are caramelized, then add chopped garlic 5) After 30 minutes is up, press the dough to get rid of the gas created
by the yeast 6) Add the sauteed onions and garlic to the dough, and knead well so that ingredients are dispersed homogeneously in dough 7) Shape the dough in any way you like and then leave it on a greased baking tray for 30 minutes (during which the dough should double in size) 8) After the 30 minutes of waiting time, bake in pre-heated oven at 180 — 200 deg cel for around 20 to 25 minutes (or until the crust is golden brown)
Don't be afraid to add a
bit more gf
flour by the tablespoonful to get to the proper consistency.
I halved the recipe and healthified them a tad
bit by using wheat
flour, half of the butter called for the recipe, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of truvia instead of all brown sugar.

Made
by cooking down roasted mirasol chile peppers along with pork, onions, and tomato (where it gets its red color from), it's more soupy and sauce - like than any chile I know, getting a
bit of body from a blond oil and
flour roux.
With baking it's a
bit hard to escape the need for
flour of some sort, and it is additionally complicated
by the fact that most baking recipes also include ingredients to which many gluten free people are also sensitive.
Whether you mix your dough
by hand or use a food processor, the goal is to surround small
bits of fat with
flour and keep it cold.
Well, i have read thru the comments on this a couple of times, and while i have made a few loaves, I seem to have the same problem each time — it's not as «tall» as yours, so I hope adding a
bit less water and more yeast will help — also, i have regular yeast — a whole jar full — and added it to the
flour before adding it to warm water — so I hope
by adding warm water to not cold yeast will help.

A very nice cake came out of the oven: heavy crumb from the almond
flour was brightened
by the lime flavor, with tasty browned edges and a little
bit of crunch from the topping of sugary slivered almonds.
You can test the dough as you add the
flour by tearing off a
bit of dough and boiling it to check the consistency.
It does sound counterintuitive... but I guess because almond
flour is so «fluffy», it requires a
bit more when measuring
by volume.
Begin
by sauteing some onions and garlic with butter in a skillet until caramelized, remove from pan and set aside, now make a roux in same pan, meaning melt butter, when melted add a little
bit of
flour or arrow - root so that is becomes like a paste, then add in heavy cream, stir to incorporate, add back in the onions and garlic, then add in shredded cheese, stir to melt it.
As an attempt to make the pastries a
bit healthier I've used whole wheat
flour, which

I adapted the recipe just slightly
by adding 1 cup peeled, chopped local apple, 1/2 cup of organic raisins, an additional 2 tablespoons of honey, and a
bit of extra
flour to the dough (I also omitted the sesame seeds on top as I didn't think they meshed with the sweeter bread).
A 100 % Kamut
flour muffin is marked
by a
bit of astringent flavor, and is slightly tough and crumbly.
1) Mix
flour, butter and icing sugar in a bowl using two knives to cut the butter until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs 2) Add in the egg yolks and vanilla extracts and mix well, then add iced water until the dough starts to come together 3) Shape the dough into a ball on a cool, flat,
floured surface 4) Flatten dough into a disc and then wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes 5) Meanwhile, peel, core and slice the apples into as thin slices as possible 6) Mix sugar and ground cinnamon powder with sliced apples and let it rest for a while 7) Pre-heat oven to 180 deg cel 8) Once dough has chilled, roll pastry dough on a sheet of parchment paper until it has expanded to the size of the tart mold (I used a rough mold the size of a large pizza) 9) Leaving at least an inch of dough free, arrange apple slices
by overlapping them slightly in the shape of a circle, starting from the outermost part of the circle, until you reach the inside 10) Fold the edges of dough over the filling and then sprinkle the dough with a
bit of sugar 11) Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are soft 12) Serve warm, with a side of whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Whilst the fruit is cooking we'll be preparing the pastry for this strawberry peach pie, in a large bowl mix the
flour, salt and olive oil, then add water just a
bit and knead the dough, the dough must be a
bit sticky so I like to go pouring the water into the mix little
by little.
To measure the
flours by volume, dip your dry measuring cup into the bag or jar, fluff up the
flour a
bit, and sweep the excess
flour off with a knife or your finger, leaving it flush with the cup.
However, the dough does take a fair
bit of «molding»
by hand with additional
flour.
You could start
by replacing it with a
bit less white
flour (maybe 3/4 c minus 2 Tbsp?)
I made this recipe gluten - free
by using almond and coconut
flours as well as a
bit all - purpose GF
flour.
Anyway, I am a
bit confused
by the ratio / weights of the liquids in this recipe as my bananas and the buttermilk weighed considerably more than the
flours?
Form dough into a ball and knead
