I keep a large bin of my premixed
flour blend on hand at all times so when I am ready to start baking, all I have to do is shake it up, measure it out, and use it as an all - purpose flour.
It's cheaper than buying Cup4Cup, which costs a pretty penny, and it's easier than keeping different
flour blends on hand all the time.
I have two
flour blends on hand (one with xanthan gum and one without).

flour, and this time K used the readymade Dove's Farm Brown Bread
flour blend, following the bread recipe
on the back of the packet.

I have no idea what the difference between almond meal and almond
flour is but I made mine by
blending blanched almonds I had
on hand.

Today while viewing the post I was suprised to see both my book and the Multi
Blend flour mix advertised together
on your site.
Add
flour, baking powder, walnuts, almonds, dates, cranberries, ginger and coconut and
blend on low speed just until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.

I used 1 1/2 c gluten free

flour blend that offers many different options for each ingredient, in case you don't have one
on hand or can not use a particular ingredient.
Cookies are the easiest thing, once you stumble
on this
flour blend.

flour, as all the
blends are so totally different, and behave very differently.
3) Add
