Knead dough on floured surface until smooth and elastic, adding more
flour by tablespoonfuls if dough is sticky, about 10 minutes.
If dough is very sticky, add more
flour by tablespoonfuls.
Increase speed slightly; knead dough 5 minutes, adding more
flour by tablespoonfuls if dough sticks to sides of bowl.
Don't be afraid to add a bit more gf
flour by the tablespoonful to get to the proper consistency.
If the dough is too sticky, add more
flour by the tablespoonful until it begins to form a ball.
