Make the
crust: whisk
flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and olive oil together, then slowly pour in the cold water and knead until dough
comes together.

flour, salt, and a smidge of sugar, then water is added until it just

crust is golden brown and the apples are soft 12) Serve warm, with a side of whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
I've actually replaced the almond
flour with additional flax and my
crust came out fine.
When it
