We've been making the periodic pizza
crust with almond meal and coconut
flour, and it was ok, but crumbly.
This buttery, rich grain - free pecan pie is made
with maple syrup instead of corn syrup, and has a mildly sweet coconut
flour crust that crumbles in your mouth.
With thick - cut fluffy slices and a
flour - dusted
crust, each bite is, you guessed it, perfect.
