Multi-Purpose Flour Ingredients: White rice, whole - grain (brown) rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch.
In a separate bowl, combine
the flour ingredients along with baking powder and salt and sift them or give them a nice light airy toss with a whisk.
Sift together all
the flour ingredients: rice, potato starch, arrowroot, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum and salt.

This recipe is a little different from the original, in that I calculated the exact measurement of
each flour ingredient rather than creating a new «flour mix» recipe.
