I usually make waffles every Saturday, and I liked this gluten - free
flour mix as it's pretty clean without all of the weird bean flours and other fillers.
Usually when I am starting out trying to convert a recipe, I make sure to A) use at least 3 different flour - type ingredients and B) keep about 1/3 of
the flour mix as starches.
After it warms up to room temperature, I feed it with a little water and the same
flour mix as is used in the bread.
My grandson is already GF / CF and recently tested positive for sensitivity to brown rice / brown rice flour, white potato / potato starch / potato flour, so we can no longer buy the commercially available GF
flour mixes as they usually contain one or more of those ingredients.

I used an all - purpose gluten - free
flour mix along with psyllium husk
as a binder and the muffins came out lovely and soft with a nice springy crumb and decent rise.
When used for Frying (
as an coating of eggs and
flour), you can use a
mix of all purpose
flour + water to form into a paste and apply that
as coating instead of beaten eggs.
Chickpea
flour, once it's
mixed with water, acts
as a binder and leavener just like eggs, making it the perfect addition to your vegan pantry.

mixer, use it and your bread hook to do the kneading, then use

mix that does not use oat
flour will not work
as written.
So for one bag you might have a
mix of finely ground rice
flour mixed with rice that's not
as finely ground.
